Large temple candlestick made of iron, shaped in the form of a spinning wish-granting pearl (hojin-no-tama). Also known as hoshi-no-tama or hōju-no-tama (“star ball”), it is a sacred Buddhist symbol believed to grant wishes, cleanse corruption, bestow blessings, and pacify desires.
